Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All content  in this journal is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (BY-NC-ND).

The CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license permits sharing of the article in its original version, as long as credit is given to the journal and the authors and the material is not used for commercial purposes. No alterations or adaptations of the original content are permitted.

The PFB policy is in line with the BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative) definition of open access with regard to free availability and guaranteeing the integrity of the work, as per the following excerpt:

By "open access" to this literature, we mean its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles [...] without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution, and the only role for copyright in this domain, should be to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited.
